This class is perfect for bakers who already have a basic understanding of cake decorating and are ready to refine their techniques and build confidence. We’ll cover essential intermediate skills including proper cake layer stacking and leveling, achieving a clean and stable crumb coat, smooth frosting techniques, and creating a complete cake design from start to finish. Students will follow along step-by-step as we decorate a cake together, learning professional tips and tricks along the way.
 
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a beautifully decorated cake, improved technique, and the knowledge to recreate these designs at home.

Join us on Thursday, April 2 | 6:00–8:00 PM for a hands-on Spring Grazing Board Workshop where you’ll design a fresh, artfully arranged charcuterie board inspired by the colors and textures of the season.

 

During this guided experience, you will learn how to:
• Select and balance cheeses and accompaniments
• Build visual movement and texture
• Style a board that feels both abundant and refined

 

All ingredients and materials will be provided, and each guest will leave with a completed grazing board and the skills to recreate the experience at home.

Complimentary wine and snacks will be provided
Guests are welcome to BYOB
